Shipping policy

Gift Shop Items

All gift shop items ship via USPS Priority Mail with a 1-2 business day shipping time. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be drafted, created & packaged. Items that are not personalized usually ship out quicker.

Packages & Custom Orders

Because of the amount of detail & time that goes into creating our wedding suite packages, we ask that you secure your order 7 weeks (local) - 9 weeks (shipped) ahead of your event date. A rush fee of 30% will be added to your total if your order is submitted after this window.

Our goal is to provide all proofs no later than 1 month before the event date (payment in full required before proofs are provided). We ask that proofs be approved or that revisions are submitted within 48 hours so that we can promptly move on to creating your one of a kind pieces and have them shipped out to you in time for your special day.
